Our Story

Built on a simple idea: do the basics really well

Pete's Brewhaha started as a weekend project — a single espresso machine, a folding table, and a conviction that Williston deserved better than gas-station coffee and watered-down beer. Three years later, we're still running on that same conviction.

Every drink on our menu is made in-house. Our coffee is roasted locally. Our cocktail syrups are cooked on the back stove. We don't do mix-ins from a bottle because we don't trust them — and neither should you.
